ChemE Kids Day

This year is our 13th anniversary! ChemE Kids Day is an opportunity for 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders in the local West Lafayette and Lafayette area to explore their interests in chemical engineering.

When : Registration will open in the spring when event details are confirmed​

​

Where: Forney Hall - Purdue University

           480 W. Stadium Ave. 

           West Lafayette, IN 47906

​

Parking will be available in the parking garage located on Northwestern and Grant.

​

​

Past activities include: 

Elephant toothpaste

Film canister rockets

Glue and milk with food coloring art

Homemade bouncy balls

Homemade glow sticks

Homemade lava lamps

Homemade ice cream

Magnetic slime

Oobleck non-newtonian fluid 

Self inflating balloons

Prior to registering for 2019 ChemE Kids day. Please download the wavers linked to the right, sign and attach to the registration link below to secure your spot today.

Prior to participation waivers are required to be signed. Please sign the attached waver and upload to the google form registration link.

​

​

The event will have a professional photographer and videographer present to capture the fun! Please fill out photo release form and attach to registration.
